At move in, all of the key compliance checks will be completed, including referencing, inventory and merchant services, tenancy agreements will be generated and e-signed, together with all documents stored in a tenancy document centre. Naturally all monies are held in a client account. Post move in, labour intensive tasks such as document renewals and inspections are never forgotten and are highly automated, even down to the tenancy renewal process which now takes moments not hours.
